Jimmy joined the Compass Maritime team in May of 2015. He is a member of the Offshore team for S + P activities and Towage.
Jimmy graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation and a commission in the United States Navy as an Intelligence Officer. Jimmy earned a USCG Third Mate License in June 2008 after sailing for the Military Sealift Command, ARC and Liberty Maritime in 2005 and 2006.
Prior to joining Compass Maritime, Jimmy served as an intelligence officer in the United States Navy from 2008-2012. He was stationed at the Office of Naval Intelligence in Washington D.C and completed a one year deployment to Afghanistan from 2010-2011. Upon leaving active duty, Jimmy continued his career as a civilian intelligence analyst at the Office of Naval Intelligence until joining Compass.
